Consultations

Full Service Design

  • Full service design includes everything listed below (scroll down). This option is great for clients who need help understanding and implementing the interior design process. No need to lift a finger, LMI will take care of everything.

eDesign Packages

  • In need of furniture and decor? No problem. LMI will prepare the following:

    1. A detailed floor plan & furniture layout

    2. A mood board with furniture, lighting, and accessories

    3. A curated shopping list (with the option to purchase directly)

    4. A budget breakdown

    This package is designed to give you everything you need to confidently implement the design while keeping the process simple and transparent.

  • Starting at $2,200 per space. 50% deposit required to start the project. Please note: this number may increase depending on the project scope.

The Leah Marie Interiors

PROCESS

1. CONSULT

After filling out a contact form. Leah will schedule a 15 minute introductory call to understand your project and share the LMI design process. If you’d like to proceed, we’ll schedule a in-person consultation that runs up to 90 minutes. This is where Leah will evaluate your space, provide ideas, design solutions and later provide a design fee proposal.

Once you’ve approved your design fee proposal. You’ll receive a Designer Signing Agreement (DSA) to review and sign. After the contract is signed and the project retainer is fulfilled, we’ll send you a welcome email with next steps and all the details!

2. COMMIT

We’ll meet again to measure your spaces and discuss your project direction. Then, we’ll begin creating your design, including floor plans and a design presentation with samples. We’ll meet once more to present the design to you, making any edits until you’re satisfied.

3. CREATE

Once the design is finalized, we’ll prepare a budget and send you detailed proposals for each item. After approval, we’ll handle all the procurement, ordering, and tracking. We’ll also work closely with the Architect, Contractor, or other trades to ensure the design is exactly what we envisioned.

4. CONSTRUCT

Finally, we’ve hit the home stretch. This is where we’ll oversee the installation of finishes, fixtures, and furniture. Reviewing final touches and making sure all items are installed to our LMI design standards.

5. INSTALL

6. CONCLUDE

Alas we’re finished. All the hard work and planning is complete. We will schedule a final walk-through to ensure that every element is in its place. Once everything is to satisfactory, we hand the space back to you to enjoy for years to come!
