This home was sneaky gorgeous. You walk and think it’s small but you’re drawn into a cedar vaulted ceiling surrounding a massive brick fireplace. With lots of natural light, I wanted this space to feel open and functional for a chef, yet colorful like the family inhabiting it.

Although the space is gorgeous, this project was a challenge for me. The budget was tight, it had so much asbestos, and it’s a big space so I had to be creative (HA!) and utilize the existing layout. Doing this saved cost and made it easier to reinstall items (SAVE TIME = SAVE MONEY).

As you can see from the before images below. This was another outdated space and needed modernization, color, and LMI pizzaz. I absolutely love the result of this space and so do the clients. For after photos click here.
